Evidence in the corpus

  • Component of curative-intent CHOP-based induction in 132 MSK nodal PTCL patients; TP53 mutation (HR 3.1, P=.005) and 17p deletion (HR 4.1, P=.03) identified those with inferior PFS on prednisone-containing regimens PMID:37078708.

Resistance mechanisms

  • TP53 mutations and 17p deletions associate with inferior PFS on CHOP-based induction in PTCL PMID:37078708.
