Overview
BRD2 (Bromodomain Containing 2) is a BET family bromodomain protein that reads acetylated lysines on histones and facilitates transcriptional regulation. It is part of the chromatin-remodeling machinery altered in various cancers including adenoid cystic carcinoma.
