CD70
Overview
CD70 (TNF superfamily member 7, TNFSF7) is the ligand for CD27 and is transiently expressed on activated lymphocytes and dendritic cells. In tumors, CD70 expression sustains regulatory T cell (Treg) survival via CD27 signaling, contributing to immune evasion. CD70 is a therapeutic target in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors via ADCs and CAR-T cells.
