CDK2
Overview
CDK2 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2) is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates cell cycle progression through G1/S and S phase. CDK2 was assessed as a DDR candidate in synthetic lethal screening in colorectal cancer.
