CYLD
Overview
CYLD (CYLD Lysine 63 Deubiquitinase) is a tumor suppressor gene encoding a deubiquitinase that negatively regulates NF-kB signaling. Germline loss-of-function mutations cause cylindromatosis; somatic truncating mutations have been observed across multiple cancer types including adenoid cystic carcinoma.
