FLT1
Overview
FLT1 (FMS-like tyrosine kinase 1), also known as VEGFR1, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds VEGF-A, VEGF-B, and placental growth factor (PlGF). It plays a role in angiogenesis and vascular development. FLT1 amplification has been observed in rare neuroendocrine neoplasms and is implicated in tumor angiogenesis.
