LSAMP
Overview
LSAMP (Limbic System-Associated Membrane Protein) is a GPI-anchored cell-adhesion molecule expressed in the limbic system. In cancer genomics, LSAMP maps to 3q13.3 and has been identified as a recurrently focally deleted locus in glioblastoma, consistent with a tumor-suppressor role.
