NDRG1

Overview

NDRG1 (N-Myc Downstream Regulated 1) is a stress-response protein involved in cell differentiation and tumor suppression. In prostate cancer, NDRG1 serves as an alternative androgen-regulated 5’ fusion partner in ETS-family gene fusions, analogous to TMPRSS2 and SLC45A3.
