NEK5
Overview
NEK5 (NIMA Related Kinase 5) is a serine/threonine kinase of the NEK family involved in mitotic regulation. In cancer genomics, it has been identified as a fusion partner in structural rearrangements affecting the TERT promoter region in chromophobe renal cell carcinoma.
