NIN
Overview
NIN (Ninein) encodes a centrosomal protein involved in microtubule anchoring. It was identified as a significantly mutated gene (MutSigCV) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; its functional role as a cancer driver versus passenger in pancreatic cancer remains to be established.
