NR0B1

Overview

NR0B1 (Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 0 Group B Member 1; also DAX1) encodes an atypical nuclear receptor that acts as a transcriptional repressor. In cancer genomics, it is an established transcriptional target of the EWS::FLI1 fusion oncogene in Ewing sarcoma, marking cells with oncogene activity.
