PABPC1
Overview
PABPC1 (Poly(A) Binding Protein Cytoplasmic 1) encodes an RNA-binding protein involved in mRNA stability and translation. It was identified as a significantly mutated gene (MutSigCV) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; its oncogenic driver status in PDA is unvalidated.
