PADI2

Overview

PADI2 (Peptidylarginine Deiminase 2) encodes a calcium-dependent enzyme that converts arginine residues to citrulline via post-translational citrullination. In cancer genomics, it is an established transcriptional target of the EWS::FLI1 fusion oncogene in Ewing sarcoma.
