PDE4DIP
Overview
PDE4DIP (phosphodiesterase 4D interacting protein) encodes a centrosome-associated scaffold protein (also known as myomegalin). It is involved in centrosome function and cAMP signaling. In cancer, PDE4DIP has been identified as part of a cluster of centrosome-associated genes with recurrent damaging mutations in small cell lung cancer.
