PIK3CG

Overview

PIK3CG (Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-Bisphosphate 3-Kinase Catalytic Subunit Gamma) encodes the class I PI3K catalytic subunit p110γ, primarily expressed in leukocytes and involved in immune cell signaling. In cancer genomics, it appears as a low-frequency PI3K-pathway event in colorectal cancer.
