RAMP3
Overview
RAMP3 (Receptor Activity-Modifying Protein 3) is a single-pass transmembrane protein involved in modifying the pharmacology and trafficking of G protein-coupled receptors. In cancer genomics, it has been identified as a component of a prognostic gene expression signature in hepatocellular carcinoma.
