RAN

Overview

RAN (RAs-related Nuclear protein) is a GTPase essential for nucleocytoplasmic transport, cell cycle progression, and mitotic spindle assembly. In cancer genomics, it has been identified as a component of a prognostic gene expression signature in hepatocellular carcinoma.
