SOD1
Overview
SOD1 (Superoxide Dismutase 1) encodes an antioxidant enzyme that converts superoxide radicals to hydrogen peroxide. SOD1 was identified as a secondary synthetic lethal candidate in a DDR screen in FBXO7-deficient colorectal cancer cells, related to oxidative stress management.
