Overview

WNK2 (with-no-lysine kinase 2) is a serine-threonine kinase and member of the WNK kinase family. WNK2 has been identified in recurrent WNK-family gene fusions in the TCGA pan-cancer fusion landscape, where WNK-family fusions are associated with elevated WNK mRNA without corresponding copy-number amplification.
