A microarray platform (Agilent 244,000-feature) used for high-resolution analysis of gene expression or comparative genomic hybridization.

  • Utilized for gene expression profiling in 206 glioblastoma samples to characterize core pathway alterations and molecular subtypes PMID:18772890.
  • Used for aCGH (array comparative genomic hybridization) in the MSKCC prostate cancer integrative genomic profiling study of 218 tumors (181 primaries + 37 metastases) PMID:20579941
  • Four FFPE prostate needle biopsies profiled by Agilent 244K array-CGH as proof-of-principle for pre-treatment CNA burden assessment; results concordant with 1M-feature aCGH including focal 3p13 deletions (FOXP1, RYBP, SHQ1) PMID:25024180
