ConsensusTME
Overview
Consensus immune-cell deconvolution method that combines multiple gene-set/score-based tools to estimate the relative abundance of immune and stromal cell types in bulk tumor expression data.
Used by
- PMID:37202560 — used in the AC-ICAM colon cancer atlas to show that NK and T cell subset abundances were highest in ICR-high tumors across all CMS subtypes PMID:37202560.
Notes
- Used as a complement to the ICR signature to characterize the immune contexture associated with prognosis PMID:37202560.
