Computational tool for calling structural variants and rearrangements at immunoglobulin loci from short-read sequencing.

Used by

• PMID:35927489 — used in the CLL-map SV analysis to identify Ig-locus rearrangements; in 177 WGS cases, BCL2 translocations were identified predominantly in M-CLL (5/88 WGS, 5.7%) via aberrant V(D)J. SV analysis across the full cohort was extrapolated from WES + IgCaller PMID:35927489.

• The SV landscape of the full CLL cohort relied on only 177 WGS samples plus WES/IgCaller-based extrapolation, a noted limitation of the study PMID:35927489.
