GEN1160

Overview

GEN1160 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD70 (CD70), a TNF superfamily ligand that engages CD27 to sustain regulatory T cell (Treg) survival. In NPC, CD70 is expressed on tumor cells and is being exploited as an ADC target.
