CXCL1
Overview
CXCL1 (C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 1) is a pro-inflammatory chemokine secreted by hepatocytes downstream of TLR4 signaling. In cholangiocarcinoma, CXCL1 recruits polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells (PMN-MDSCs) to accelerate tumor progression; this axis can be disrupted by neomycin.
