GLI3
Overview
GLI3 is a bifunctional transcription factor in the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway, acting as both an activator and a repressor. In PDAC, GLI3 alterations contribute to Hedgehog-pathway dysregulation alongside other pathway members.
