IRF2
Overview
IRF2 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 2) is a transcription factor that modulates interferon signaling and oxidative stress responses. In hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), somatic mutations in IRF2 have been identified by next-generation sequencing as drivers linked to deregulated oxidative-stress signaling, alongside NFE2L2 and KEAP1.
