SKP1

Overview

SKP1 (S-Phase Kinase-Associated Protein 1) is a core component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Copy number loss of SCF complex genes including SKP1 induces chromosomal instability (CIN) in colorectal cancer.
