Overview

Small RNA (microRNA) sequencing by next-generation sequencing platforms; quantifies mature miRNA expression profiles across samples.

  • Applied to 66 ChRCC tumors in the TCGA ChRCC project alongside RNA-seq, HM450 methylation, and Affymetrix SNP6 profiling; miRNA expression correlates of patient survival were assessed. PMID:25155756
