GRP

Overview

GRP (Gastrin-Releasing Peptide) is a neuroendocrine peptide and expression marker used to characterize neuroendocrine differentiation. In small cell lung cancer (SCLC), it is a defining marker of the neuroendocrine transcriptional subtype.
