CHD3
Overview
CHD3 (chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 3) is a component of the NuRD chromatin remodeling complex. It has been newly nominated as a significantly mutated gene in papillary renal cell carcinoma through comprehensive non-clear-cell RCC genomic analysis.
